Support local Transcon operations, finance, people, service providers and customers with focus on, on-time performance, operational efficiencies, business development, revenue growth and diversification. Key Responsibilities Support the development of of employees via the company standard of 52 training hours a year, and personnel development plans Support/work with District Trainer (and peer mentors) to ensure that new hires are properly on-boarded. Contribute to the effective daily department meetings with team. Use the workboard to support the operations manager in communicating, delegating assigning and/or completing work among the entire team.
