EchoPark Automotive is looking for an Assistant Recon Manager to join our team at our our brand new dealership in Orlando, FL opening Mid- October 2026. Must be available to travel for orientation and training at another one of our locations. Our Assistant Recon Coach's priority is to support their teams in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards. The Assistant Recon Coach is accountable for achieving the desired targets for volume, quality and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity.
