MISSION / PURPOSE OF POSITION Manage the Production Area - Hot Preparation in alignment with Area Manager regarding: Planning and executing of Production Plan Managing of machine, equipment & material Managing of people responsibilities & development Controlling of costs and budget Ensuring safety, 5S AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS ESH Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others Fosters a culture of ESH awareness and continuous improvement by (1) enforcing safety rules, regulations, and company standards, (2) conducting regular safety checks,…
