What the Role is: The Director of Global Payroll Operations and Equity administration will spearhead our international (outside of Korea) payroll and equity operations and will be responsible for refining Coupang’s international payroll and equity strategy while taking ownership of its execution. It will ensure flawless, compliant, and highly efficient payroll processing across all operating countries, leading process transformations and automation initiatives, as well as ensuring accurate and compliant equity operations.
