Location: This role covers the entire state of New Mexico and El Paso, TX. While we have a preference for candidates based in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, NM, we are also open to applicants located in El Paso, TX. The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The role includes ensuring patients adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The individual will identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems and processes. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining key relationships and working with customers and internal partners that enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.
