Opportunity at a Glance Covista is seeking a mid-level to experienced attorney to join its Legal Department. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Sr. Counsel, Real Estate & Transactions, this role will focus on commercial contracts and real estate matters, with a strong emphasis on continuous contract process improvement. Responsibilities Review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with service providers (including information technology, marketing and advertising services, SaaS, AI product providers, business process outsourcing, Ed tech services), working collaboratively and cross-functionally with procurement professionals, business stakeholders, and company SMEs.
