Position: Medical Advisor, Hematology Reports to: Therapeutic Area Head, Oncology Location: Seoul, South Korea Primary Function / Objective Lead the medical team and activities in the responsible therapeutic areas. Set and execute Medical Affairs strategies for the responsible therapeutic areas. Deliver medical affairs strategies that generate, evaluate, and communicate scientific evidence to support healthcare professionals and patients, aligned with brand/company priorities and governance requirements. Recommend staffing levels and team structure, and plan/manage budget within finance guidance.
