The Zero Bond Bus Person will be responsible for maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room. This position is responsible for assisting servers with clearing and resetting tables, carrying trays, and conducting ongoing table maintenance, including water and beverage service—in a quiet, efficient, and organized manner. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, procedures, techniques, as outlined in the service manual. Key Responsibilities Set dining tables with linens, silverware, and glassware according to service standards. Polish and maintain glassware, silverware and flatware. Restock utensils, napkins, glassware, flatware, and other supplies throughout service.
