The Paralegal supports the Operations Legal team in managing a broad range of commercial and operational legal matters under the supervision of an attorney. This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements — including CDAs/NDAs , real estate agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, professional services agreements, and other legal documents. Responsibilities: Identify and resolve routine issues within area of responsibility by using legal knowledge and experience to develop solutions and implement resolutions.
