Job Summary Responsible for day-to-day asset management and leasing activities. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data in the designated system. Prepare and post lease-related journal entries in accordance with accounting standards US GAAP/ IFRS/Local GAAP. Calculate ROUA & lease liability valuation for manual leases. Perform monthly closing activities related to leases, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Prepare and analyze lease-related reports for internal and external stakeholders.
