The IT Resource Planning group is an integral part of the IT Strategy and Metrics team. The group provides critical resource planning for 1300+ employees and contractors to enable enterprise resource planning to support our IT project portfolio (100-110 projects yearly) worldwide. This includes, project resource demand forecast planning, space planning, coordination with HR/Recruiting regarding contractor conversions/contract to hire positions, and time & attendance process and reporting.
