The Assistant Spa Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa to ensure Wynn Las Vegas standards are maintained by the staff. This position is also responsible for providing the leadership to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: Oversees daily operations in the Spa. Full working knowledge of spa, wellness and fitness treatments/programs, hours of operation and products as well as Wynn I Encore Resort offerings. Understand and be well versed in the resort, hotel features and services including all outlets, hours of operation, activities and events available to guests.
