ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement data-driven training strategies aligned with manufacturing operational goals, workforce capability requirements, and business objectives. Analyze training effectiveness using learning analytics, performance metrics, competency assessments, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Design, develop, and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs for manufacturing operations. Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including curriculum creation, training assignments, compliance tracking, reporting, and system optimization.
