Opportunity at a Glance The K9 Patrol Specialist will be responsible for patrolling both on and off campus areas which are considered part of the AUC community. This position is designed to promote the safety and protection of the students, visitors, guests, faculty and staff who are part of our community. The K9 Patrol Specialist will also act as a liaison to local Law Enforcement and will be tasked with reporting any suspicious activity, act as back-up in preventing a crime in progress, or with recommendations to improve the safety and security of the designated areas. This position will patrol, both on-foot and/or mobile in order to ensure the safety of the AUC Community. The Specialist will also serve as back-up or act as any other security officer/patrol, as needed.
