Role Purpose The role is part of the team in the Machine shop who operate Laser, Mazak & XYZ CNC lathes to support the production of Aerospace components ensuring they conform to customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Accurately interpret and complete production route cards (Technical Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures and Data Sheets). Setting and operating Lasers. Learn to operate Mazak and CNC machines to provide cover for work volumes and absence Maintain good housekeeping standards of the work area implementing Safety + 5 S methods (Sort, Set, Standardise, Shine, Sustain) Quality inspection of samples to ensure they conform with required size of gauges using measuring equipment Work in line with the Company Values (Safety, Accountability, Respect & Trust, Integrity, Excellence, Customer Focus) and demonstrate the associated behaviours in your daily work Consistently…
