Hourly Pay: $13.26 The Encore Boston Harbor Manicurist - Salon will be responsible for ongoing coordination within the Spa Department. Responsible for performing various manicure/pedicure procedures for guests, ensure positive/friendly customer relations, and to perform all assigned functions/duties in accordance with established guidelines/procedures. This includes, but is not limited to: maintaining processes, scheduling, and supporting department team members and maximizing opportunities for departmental success; maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
