Backend Equipment Technician perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in Backend Process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides Manufacturing and Equipment support needs in a rapidly changing development and high-volume manufacturing environment. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis on production equipment. Resolves non-standard problems, works with minimal supervision, and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities. Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities. Works with Engineering to support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives.
