Purpose of the Role The position of Manufacturing Engineer requires creative, analytical and developmental thinking, as well as qualifications and experience in a relevant field of manufacturing. The planning, implementation, optimisation, and supervision of manufacturing processes are key requirements of this role. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll take responsibility for the implementation and definition of processes, as well as the dispositioning and treatment (return to conformity) of non-conforming products, in order to support the strategic and operational requirements of the business. An essential skill is the ability to communicate with employees involved in all stages of manufacture.
