This position requires candidates to be field-based and aligned to the Capital Region, which includes territories across Maryland, Virginia, the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Candidates do not need to reside in one of these states but should live within a reasonable commuting distance of a major airport and be able to travel throughout the region as needed. This role is accountable for leading regional sales execution, developing field talent, strengthening market strategy, and ensuring alignment with AbbVie’s standards, franchise priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
