We are looking for an experienced IT professional to support our Talent and Learning Management platforms, with strong hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking Systems . Experience with learning platforms is preferred. This individual will work closely with HR business leaders to support the Avature recruiting and onboarding platform, drive system enhancements, manage configuration changes, and support future business requests. The role will also partner closely with the Workday technical team to support integrations, master data, and new hire onboarding data flows.
