Leading and coordination of the Process Engineering team in Preparation areas to convert product and manufacturing requirements into process specifications. Ensuring to monitor, maintain and continuously improve the process performance with respect to process capability, efficiency and scrap. Drive continuous process improvement (standardization, efficiency, stability) in Preparation areas Drive optimization of productivity and quality in Preparation areas. Escalation in case equipment, tooling & process requirements are not suitable for achieving product requirements. Initiation and implementation of corrective actions to reduce scrap, rework / workoff systematically.
