Scope: The High Value Manager develops, implements, and improves district high-value cargo programs. The role coordinates customer requirements, operational planning, security protocols, employee training, facility controls, service provider performance, incident response, and audit readiness across all functions that support high-value shipments. Core Responsibilities: Customer Program Management Serve as the district owner for high-value customer programs, SOPs, routing requirements, security expectations, and escalation paths.
