The Plant Superintendent is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing activities to ensure operations perform at optimum productivity, achieving profitability and cost-improvement objectives. This role leads efforts to drive continuous plant improvement, emphasizing customer quality and service while enhancing the plant's competitive financial position. The Plant Superintendent will: Provide direction to the Production Manager and Finished Products Manager on goals and expectations for safety, quality, productivity and costs.
