Summary: The Used Car Buyer plays a key role in growing our used car inventory by connecting with current vehicle owners, building rapport, and guiding them through the appraisal and purchase process. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or sales skills who is eager to learn the vehicle buying process and grow into an acquisitions career. Duties & Responsibilities: Prospect and follow up with potential sellers by phone, text, and email to schedule appraisal appointments. Greet and engage dealership visitors in the showroom or service drive to start conversations about selling their vehicle. Collect vehicle details through customer questions, photos, and data entry into our inventory management system.
