Distribution Services Agent is responsible for supporting Supervisor to drive the growth of each product and service within the district as well as driving collaboration with the network. To perform all customer services activities and operations of assigned customer’s account as to achieve 100% customer service satisfaction. Tasks and Duties Perform all daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, invoicing/billing, and filing. Handle all customers’ feedback, requests, and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly. Perform and dispatch all invoicing/billing to customer on time.
