The role The Solution Architect is a client-facing consultant in Technical Services who turns complex client goals into secure, scalable solutions on Zeta's platforms. You lead discovery, design, estimation, build, and optimisation, balancing business outcomes, delivery effort, technical risk, and long-term maintainability. You work across marketing automation, loyalty, data, and integrations, supporting work that ranges from targeted enhancements to complex enterprise programmes.
