ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrates advanced leadership and mentoring capabilities, serving as a role model for technicians and team members. Serves as the highest technical authority for equipment systems and reliability strategy. Responsible and accountable for equipment downtime troubleshooting, post-maintenance buyoff, and execution of preventive maintenance activities as scheduled. Collaborates with and supports the engineering team in equipment setup, installation, buyoff, qualification, and improvement projects. Acts as the main point of contact for the Manufacturing and Planning teams regarding equipment downtime and performance escalations.
