INTEGRATED DEVICE TECHNOLOGY INC: Product Trainer Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Product Trainer to support customers who purchase NRS Premium Features. In this role, you will work directly with customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, product training sessions, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure they understand, activate, and successfully use the Premium Features they have purchased. This position is highly customer-facing and requires someone who is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, following up on open items, and helping customers get the most value from their products. The ideal candidate combines strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-service mindset, sales awareness, and the ability to learn and explain technology.
