The Opportunity: We are seeking an ambitious, self-directed Sales Manager to accelerate revenue growth across the Americas and advance the digitization of the global weather and climate ecosystem. Operating with the autonomy of a regional owner, you will expand Spire’s market presence across key industry segments, leverage our partner ecosystem to drive adoption of our forecast data, APIs, and decision-support solutions, and consistently exceed sales targets. Two segments sit at the center of this territory. The first is the financial sector — energy and commodity trading desks, hedge funds, and quantitative investment firms that treat weather as a tradable signal and buy differentiated data to sharpen their edge.
