Our Sales Professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. Duties and Responsibilities: Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding each customer's vehicle needs through active listening and consultative questioning. Demonstrate vehicles, including test drives, and deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
