About the Role ServiceNow is accelerating its transition to become the AI platform for business transformation. As we scale the pace of launches and major moments, we need a dedicated leader to help shape and deliver how our portfolio story shows up in the market. This role sits at the center of Product, Marketing, Brand, and Communications — working across the company to define and express a coherent, differentiated story across products, releases, and key moments.
