Hourly Pay: $27.50 - $27.50 The Encore Boston Harbor Coordinator of Catering & Banquets will be responsible for greeting guest warmly, answering phones professionally, confirming appointments, expeditiously handling walk-ins, maintaining cleanliness of office area, and assisting Catering and Restaurant Events managers and directors with all tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, distributing, faxing, mailing, assisting with corporate and social clients on a daily basis while treating all confidential information appropriately, and maintaining all Encore Standards; and ensuring excellent guest and team member experience.
