Description: Responsible for the execution of day to day transportation operations and project management activities within a Global Transportation Team. Tasks and duties will vary based on changing priorities and missions. Duties include project management and execution, shipment track and trace, vendor relations, customer service, carrier performance reporting, metric management, reporting and information dissemination, and leading task/project oriented meetings. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute projects as per Managers requests/instructions Execute project plans to drive continuous improvement - i.e ESC projects within EMEA Ensure SOPS, SWIs, processes are documented, updated and properly communicated to reflect Google’s needs clearly to carriers..
