Colliers International Group Inc.: Civil Designer

We are seeking to appoint a Civil Designer within our Sunshine Coast Office, this is a newly created role available due to strong organic growth. You will work closely with Project Engineers, Project Managers and Senior Designers on the design and delivery of Urban Development projects. In particular you will work on land developments (residential and commercial), infrastructure and municipal projects including roads, drainage, sewer, water, earthworks erosion and sediment control. Specifically: Review sketches, drawings and engineering data received from external consultants, clients and internal stakeholders Create detailed engineering designs and construction drawings compliant with industry standards and codes Analyse and prepare reports, drawings, planning and design documents for urban development projects Liaise with stakeholders on a regular basis to manage project variations…
