KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting. Translate business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into technical specifications for IT/Development teams. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, Analytics, etc.) to deliver system improvements and operational efficiency. Support Channel Operations activities such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization. Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or partner/channel roles Experience working with CRM, PRM, or similar business platforms is a strong advantage.
