Wealthfront Corporation: Talent Intelligence Analyst

Wealthfront is looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to support hiring across Wealthfront, with a specific focus on our engineering organization. You'll work closely with executive partners across the company. At Wealthfront we ask a lot from hiring managers, who often own the candidate engagement, starting with outreach and continuing throughout the hiring process. This role will help to build a strong conviction in the companies, teams, profiles and individuals the hiring teams are offering their time to. The right hire will be focused on efficiency, not volume. A successful hire on this team will be comfortable forming a view before they have complete information, and equally comfortable revising it.
