We are seeking an individual contributor to join our Total Rewards team as Benefits Manager, India. You will be the local expert on all India benefits matters, executing on the regional strategy and delivery of employee benefits programs. The successful candidate will bring expertise in India's statutory and supplemental benefits landscape, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence decision making in a matrixed global organization. You will report to the Director, EMEA/APJ Benefits and work under the strategic direction of the Senior APJ Benefits Manager.
