The National Training Manager (NTM) will support Access and Reimbursement Training, with a focus on the Oncology Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization, through the design and delivery of practical, compliant training solutions. The NTM ensures Training and Development and Franchise Strategy are effectively represented across training programs and is accountable for building strong stakeholder relationships at multiple levels.
