Large CNC Turner - What does the job involve? Experienced CNC Turner required for busy subcontract workshop. Small batch, high precision components for oil and gas, aerospace and defence industries. Ideal candidate will be experienced in setting and operating 3axis CNC lathes. Experience with Mazak and Fanuc control systems. Hours of work: 39 hours per week. Core shift - Monday to Thursday 6.45am to 3.30pm and Friday 7.00am to 1.00pm with 30-minute break for lunch Large CNC Turner - What will my responsibilities include?’ Programming, setting and operating of CNC lathes, reading and editing programs . The ability to carefully follow procedure in terms of process through set-up sheets etc. Be able to interpret technical drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimensions & tolerances.
