ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, optimize, and maintain mechanical assembly process and selective wave soldering process. Lead process characterization, DOE, and root cause analysis for yield and quality improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality to support NPI and mass production. Evaluate and implement new equipment, tooling, and process technologies. Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and FMEAs. Provide technical training and guidance to production and engineering teams. Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support customer audits and technical reviews. Drive for process cpk improvement to meet cpk goal of >1.67 and stretch goal of >2.0.
