Summary: Purpose of the role: The Lean Coach is responsible for providing hands-on support and guidance to implement Toyota Production System (TPS) methodologies within our manufacturing environment. This role focuses on direct shop floor coaching, capability building, and leading improvement activities to enhance operational excellence across all aspects of production and support functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to: Facilitate and lead kaizen events and improvement projects aligned with TPS principles Provide direct coaching in fundamental TPS tools including standardized work.
