Coordinate with the Lead Buyer to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities. Responsible for material planning and availability to ensure continuous production and minimize supply risks. Monitor shipment status for both overseas and domestic suppliers. Conduct regular supplier visits and meetings with key internal plant stakeholders to ensure alignment and address operational requirements. Support new introduce material. Initiate and manage supplier quality improvement programs and develop alternative sources of supply to strengthen supplier performance and establish an optimized and reliable supply chain. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including material shortages, supplier capacity constraints, delivery delays, and other potential disruptions.
