ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Equipment Maintenance and Repair : Sustain COP equipment (AOI, Mimaki, Lidding, Oven, Labeling & Auto Packing machine uptime above the targeted goals. Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations. Preventive Maintenance: Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time. Ensure zero post-maintenance issues. Performance Metrics: Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets. Continuous Improvement: Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
