ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, the individual will be responsible for the following: Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating Analog/mix-signal Integrated Circuit (IC) of high performance NAND flash, including new, most advanced 3D NAND memories Designing low power analog modules such as OPAMP design, Voltage Regulator, Reference Generator Designing high voltage word line driver circuits which convey accurate analog voltages to block decoder while achieving smaller circuit sizes Performing sensing operation analysis, power & ground network analysis to enable precise and fast sensing operations Writing module interface spec including input/output port description, architecture, and operations to communicate with other design groups Verifying designs in simulation and interacting with layout and other functional groups for implementation, integration, and…
