Overview As ServiceNow continues to grow across the APAC region, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and customer-focused Professional Services Solution Architect based in Korea to lead and shape transformational services programs on the ServiceNow AI Platform. This role is pivotal in expanding ServiceNow’s footprint through business transformation, value-led services engagements, and AI-powered solutions. You will partner closely with customer’s business and technical teams to understand requirements and craft implementation strategies.
