Manage air import shipments from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Accurately process shipment documentation and maintain records within internal systems. Monitor and track shipments, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly. Liaise with customers, airlines, brokers, transport providers and overseas offices to ensure excellent customer service. Arrange customs documentation and ensure timely delivery of freight. Prepare accurate customer and supplier invoicing. Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements and relevant industry regulations.
