Expeditors is seeking a seasoned, motivated, and well-qualified commercial attorney to step into a Corporate Counsel position supporting the company’s Real Estate and Global Sourcing practice group. This role offers exposure to a dynamic international practice spanning commercial real estate matters, SaaS and technology agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, and transportation deals. As Corporate Counsel, you will support the global Legal Department in representing Expeditors’ best interests in interactions with landlords, vendors, and service providers. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for advising internal clients on best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and corporate requirements, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements.
