Purpose The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Strategic Execution and Initiatives Senior Analyst will be responsible for project management and execution of strategic initiatives advancing the global OEC program, including (1) assessing OEC support needs, and planning and executing risk-directed projects, including project plans, stakeholder engagement, communications/training, risk-focused information sharing, notes, and supporting the draft, coordination, and finalization of critical compliance reporting materials (e.g., Risk Assessment) to support execution of identified projects; (3) capturing OEC accomplishments and socializing for awareness against Strategic Initiatives, Powering What’s Next and other OEC or AbbVie priorities; (4) leading the management of OEC resources (e.g., Prezentium, benchmarking).
