Cluster Revenue Directorは、Accorの複数のホテル・施設における売上最大化を目的とし、価格戦略・在庫管理・需要予測などのレベニューマネジメント業務を統括していただきます。担当していただく店舗は以下の通りです。 HOTEL SOSEI SAPPORO MGallery Collection 斑尾高原ホテル ライムリゾート妙高 各施設のパフォーマンス分析を行い、最適な収益戦略の立案と実行をリードするポジションです。 主な業務内容 担当クラスター（複数施設）のレベニュー戦略の立案および実行 需要予測（フォーキャスト）の作成および精度向上 価格設定（Pricing）および在庫コントロールの最適化 OTA・直販チャネルのパフォーマンス分析および改善施策の実施 市場動向・競合分析を基にした戦略提案 売上・RevPAR・ADRなど主要KPIのモニタリングとレポーティング セールス・マーケティング・オペレーション部門との連携 レベニューマネジメントシステム（RMS）の活用および改善 チームメンバーの指導・育成 This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across multiple hotels and properties by overseeing revenue management functions, including pricing strategy, inventory control, and demand forecasting.
