MongoDB is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents, in Field Operations. This position is ideal for a dynamic, intelligent, highly organized individual who takes ownership of the details and loves to get things done. In this role, your day will consist of managing and prioritizing a steady stream of requests, meetings, and travel, while working closely with your executives and other members of their teams. To succeed, you’ll need to thoughtfully and diplomatically balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and be ready to pitch in wherever needed. This role may also provide temporary support during coverage gaps, so flexibility and a team-first mindset are important.
